The Programmer and Analyst role is also concerned with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which aids us in applying the processes of analysis, validations, requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and SLA’s for support, maintenance, and updates.
Project Management, we offer the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a broad range of activities in order to meet the requirements of a particular project. Project management is comprised of five Project Management Process Groups – Initiating Processes, Planning Processes, Executing Processes, Monitoring and Controlling Processes, and Closing Processes – as well as nine Knowledge Areas. These nine Knowledge Areas center on management expertise in Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resources Management, Project Communications Management, Project Risk Management and Project Procurement Management.

Web services, we offer very affordable site management for sites we build,
or existing sites you need to update. We also offer
training on how you can maintain your site and FTP small
changes to keep your cost down. Either way, we are happy
to assist in a full maintenance program to a "complicated
code only" program.
Every
site we build is documented and mapped to give you a
clear understanding of how your site is put together
and runs. This will assist you in determining how you
choose to maintain your site should you not choose a
full maintenance program.
